Step 1: Create an account.

 

i) Select the pin code where you want to receive the delivery.

 

 

ii) Click on Sign up and fill in your details to create an account.

 

 

ii) If you are already registered with us, click on Sign in and enter account details to log in to your account. You can log in through your Facebook or Twitter account as well.

 

Step 2: Browse Products.

Find your choice of products with the help of following ways.

 i) Look into our various categories

 

ii) Use the Search Bar.

 

iii) You can also look for items of your choice in our  various sections like Health Zone, Season’s Specials, Baskets & Offers.(above figure)

  

Step 3:  Add Product into the cart.

i) Click on the product you wish to purchase. 

 

ii) Select your unit of measurement (UoM) and the quantity and click 'Add to cart'. Do the same for choosing other items .Your items will get added to your Cart.

 

 

 ii) If you are in a rush; select the Re-order option where your previous cart is saved with us. 

P.S: Reorder is valid for customers who have already placed at least one order using their login.

 

 

 

Step 4: Check Out.

 i) Once you are done with adding product into the cart, view your cart to see all the items you have purchased.

 

ii) Click on checkout.

 Step 5: Cart Summary OR Review Order

 Check your cart, you can increase/ decrease quantity, delete items or go back to shopping by clicking on “Continue shopping” or proceed to address.

 

 Step 6: Add/Update/Check Address.

Check your delivery address. If you want the delivery to be made to a different address you can change your delivery address or add new address.

 

 

 Step 7: Shipping Details.

i) Choose the day & time slot you want your delivery. 

ii) You can mention any specific instructions regarding the produce, delivery details etc., and proceed to payment. 

 

 Step 8: Payment

You can choose to pay with cash on delivery, cheque, online through your Credit/Debit Card. If you have availed of Prepayment option, you can choose to debit your prepaid account.

(P.S: For prepayment you need to recharge your go4fresh wallet.)

  

  • Once you Confirm the Order you will receive an email & sms, with the details of the order.
  • At any time during the ordering process till you confirm the order you can go back & change the order.
  • After you have confirmed the order, in case you need to make changes to it, please call our customer service at 8419929555. They will do the needful & you will receive another email intimating you about the changes in your order.
